Coffee and brownies

Coffee and brownies was two different matters but could complement each other.
That one drink and his one again the cookies. It was delicious, could be enjoyed for short breakfast or cookies in the afternoon that made an impression.

Coffee and brownies was glad also being accessories chatted with friends in the cafe or some thing place like that , possibly you were one around that had tried the exciting couple coffee and brownies this, if not yet, try it his sensation, it's delicious!

There were various variations coffee and brownies that could be tried. Because, each one had the clear expertise was different, coffee and brownies could be enjoyed while hot (hot coffee) or cold (coffee with ice), for his coffee could be tried with black coffee or was glad also cappucino, brownies him himself, had many variations right!There is brownies classic, brownies cream, brownies the canary, et cetera.

If coffee, i believed you must know, whereas brownies,,,, knew also would? Are you dont know ?! Brownies was the coloured cake actual dark chocolate the cake failed, but because that made is not discouraged, then continued to be able to be the cake that was good, and now we know him as brownies.

Ok.... although not was curious, immediately was tried, along with me let know one of the menus coffee brownies that could be tried to be made personally, this could be the adventure that was full of the sensation for you who liked to try something that was new.

Coffee brownies with cheese cream


6 tbsp. unsalted butter or regular unsalted stick butter
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 tsp. instant espresso powder
2 lg. eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur (ex. Kahlua) or strong coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt


3 oz. cold cream cheese
1/3 c. granulated sugar
Yolk of 1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur or strong coffee

Position 1 rack in center of oven and heat to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 8-inch pan.

BROWNIES: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate and espresso powder. Let stand 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Cool 10 minutes or until lukewarm.

Meanwhile, beat eggs and sugar in a medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes or until thickened and light in color. Beat in butter mixture, liqueur and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

CREAM CHEESE SWIRL: Beat cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute. Beat in egg yolk and coffee liqueur. Drop tablespoonfuls over chocolate batter. Draw a knife through both batters, swirling them together for a marbelized effect. Bake 40 to 42 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a moist crumb. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 12.
